METATRADER 5
METATRADER 5 PUBLIC BETA TESTING
MetaQuotes made the announcement in 2009 that they will conduct public beta testing of their new MetaTrader 5 client terminal. This beta testing can be undertaken by any trader interested in participating and provides feedback regarding any issues or feature suggestions they have for it. Following their initial developer beta testing phase, this public testing is the next step.
MetaTrader 5, the long-awaited follow-up to the immensely popular Meta Trader 4 trading platform, will deliver new indicators and scripts designed to enhance trading experiences. Development has been underway for some time; as it was designed from scratch it does not just represent an upgrade on MT4.
Key advantages of MT5 include:
- Maximum performance with minimum effort.
- 3 distinct chart types, 21 time periods and over seventy different analysis tools are offered for trading.
- 5 different order types and 4 execution mechanisms can also be selected as trading tools;
- Trading capabilities across various marketplaces - foreign exchange, options, futures and stocks; along with highly advanced reports covering all trade activity.
- MQL5 development environment that features the new IntellySence system and more sophisticated strategy tester.
Due to its focus on in-depth analysis being the cornerstone of successful trading, MetaTrader 5 offers more analytical tools. These tools include more chart types, 38 built-in indicators, 39 graphical objects and MQL5 indicators - along with the ability to combine these tools and build indicators based on indicators.
Expert Advisors in MT5
Given its higher speed of execution - approximately four to twenty times faster than MQL4 - MQL5 makes developing and using Forex Expert Advisors such as FX Robot or custom indicators more efficiently and rapidly. Furthermore, more complex EAs that process large volumes of data more accurately are constructed more easily; there's even an inbuilt debugger which helps quickly locate and rectify issues with code.
BECOME A MT5 TESTER
Are You Want to be a Tester of Metatrader 5? Start by Downloading and Testing the MT5 Terminal on Metaquotes' Website; problem reports and suggestions can also be submitted on MQL4 community site. MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal can also be downloaded directly here from this link.
Be mindful that, during testing, only English will be accessible and only compatible with Forex trading at this time. Testing should conclude in 2024.
